JESSICA GUIDES CLIENTS THROUGH ALL STAGES OF A DISPUTE, BRINGING A UNIQUE PERSPECTIVE AND CREATIVE SOLUTIONS TO LITIGATION.

Jessica is an associate in Dorsey & Whitney LLP’s Southern California office, focusing on complex commercial disputes.

Jessica’s cases span Dorsey’s practice groups and disputes at the trial and appellate court level. Her notable matters include defending companies from consumer class actions in the California state and federal courts, advising clients on data privacy, and representing clients in international arbitrations. Jessica has also worked on a variety of pro bono matters, including amicus briefing in the U.S. Supreme Court and asylum proceedings in the United States Immigration Courts.

After graduating from law school, Jessica completed an Appellate Fellowship at the largest law firm in the nation specializing exclusively in civil appellate litigation. She then clerked for a federal magistrate judge. Before joining Dorsey, Jessica worked for an international law firm, representing clients in employment and business disputes and class and complex actions
